Pretreatment

Successful painting result is based on correctly and carefully made washing process. In washing lines and units are made for products going for painting the washing and degreasing, rinsing and also chemical treatments as individual processes. A thin layer will be left on to the product surface after the treatment as corrosion protection and adhesion surface for the painting.

Pretreatment chemistry will be chosen according to requirements. We have a wide experience of usage of washing and treatment chemicals offered for the Finnish markets. All structure parts which are in contact with liquids are made from stainless or acid resisting steel. Heating energy options for the units are usually gas, electricity or water heating.
